Orders and Delivery


The website is currently accepting orders and delivery within the UAE & GCC  , Worldwide please contact us.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice and the order number. You will also receive an email when your order is dispatched.

Please note that you must will have to show a valid ID to sign and receive the order.

Fees and Time (UAE)

Standard delivery (usually within 4-5 working days):

  • Free on orders above 2500 AED UAE only

Urgent delivery (48 hour delivery for orders placed before 6:00 PM GST),during working days  inside U.A.E . The West zone 2 Days

  • 150 AED within Dubai
  • 200 AED within Sharjah - Ajman - Umm al Quwain - ras al khaimah-fujairah - khorfakkan
  • 300 AED within western region Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi - Alain ( not available during  season ) 

 

GCC Countries Delivery

  • Express Delivery ( usually within 8 - 10 working Days)
    • 180 AED fixed for all GCC countries.
  • Premium Delivery ( from 4 to 6 days )
    • 350 AED for urgent delivery.

 

 

Delivery Worldwide (Except for the GCC countries)

 

  • Express Delivery ( usually within 8 - 15 working Days )
    • 300 AED fixed for all European countries & America.
  • Premium  Delivery ( from 4 to 8 days )
    • 450 AED for urgent delivery.

     

    Please note that urgent deliveries cannot be customized

    Customization and Alteration (UAE only)

    We offer free customization when placing an order. Please check the size chart and leave us a note before checking out, or you can contact us before the order is dispatched.

    You can contact us to request an alteration after you receive the order. The alteration fee is 150 AED plus  delivery.  

    Please note that customized orders cannot be canceled or exchanged after processing your order.

    Disclaimer

    All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we have the right to contact the customer to agree on a suitable exchange or to cancel the order if they wish to do so.

    We deliver to the address provided by the customer, but in case the customer does not collect the order, a fee might be applicable when attempting a redeliver, changing the address, or when the order needs to be returned to us. Therefore, please make sure to include the correct address and phone number to contact you. The customer is responsible for providing the correct details.

    Orders placed during official holidays will be registered on the first working day.

    During the festive and sales seasons, there might be delays on your order. We are not responsible for late deliveries for any reason outside our control.
