Exchange Policy Only
We offer a 7-day exchange policy which allows customers to exchange their item only for the same item (same model and style). No returns or refunds are allowed.
Please note that customized orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or changed after processing.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us and provide your order details.
Please ensure the product is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, no make-up stains, no perfume, and in the same condition it was delivered).
All items will undergo inspection before the exchange is approved. Please allow 2–4 working days for the inspection process.
If the exchange request is denied, the item will be sent back to you and shipping fees will apply.
For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, except in the case of damaged or wrong order fulfillment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, the item will be exchanged for the same item and delivered free of charge.
Cancellation and Order Changes
To cancel or make changes before dispatch and within 5 hours of placing the order, please contact us.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, exchanges must follow the 7-day exchange process.
